Founded in 1993, Ningbo Vigour Electrical Co., Ltd. originated from Cixi Longhai Mould Factory. With our founder entering the industry in 1986, we possess 40 years of accumulated tooling expertise, establishing ourselves as a premium source manufacturer specializing in precision injection tooling and custom injection molding. Headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, we integrate precision injection mold development, injection molding, and product assembly into a comprehensive setup. Our capabilities span the complete end-to-end workflow, from Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, 3D mold design, and mold flow analysis, through to mold machining, assembly, inspection, and high-volume injection molding. We support bespoke custom tool development. Our technical expertise covers single-shot molding, two-shot (2K) molding, insert molding, gas-assisted injection molding, and In-Mold Decoration (IMD), with a proven track record in engineering complex structural mold solutions. Both toolmaking and production molding are executed in-house within the same facility, effectively shortening lead times and ensuring total quality control across every stage.
The company currently employs over 200 staff, including an expert engineering and technical team of 20+ professionals. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 30,000㎡, yielding a robust annual capacity of 400 to 500 sets of high-precision injection molds. We are equipped with 60+ high-performance injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 28T to 1,000T, including horizontal, vertical, two-shot (2K), and high-precision all-electric injection presses.Our precision machining shop features top-tier international brands such as GF, Makino, and Fanuc, complemented by Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) in our inspection labs, fully capable of handling projects from low-to-medium volumes up to large-scale mass production.
Certified with ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016, and amfori BSCI, we have established a thorough quality assurance framework covering Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC). Concurrently, we have implemented the advanced E-Mould MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Through the seamless synergy of EMAN (Smart Tooling Management) and EMOM (Injection Molding Operations Management), we achieve comprehensive digital traceability from initial order placement to final delivery.
